"If the students wait on the faculty there will be no dramatic change on this cam pus." However, it appears as if the administration is also in terested in a New University of Nebraska. The Board of Regents recently approved a bold $199.6 million University budget for the 1971-73 biennium that is designed to help build Nebraska, reverse the out migration of Nebraska youth, and make NU the finest university in the area. Included in the budget is $2.29 million to establish four new inter-campus programs designed to make important contributions to the well-being of the state.
