His speech will deal with the cur rent trouble between the Catholics and the Protestants, the history of that province, and the differences between Northern and Southern Ireland. The London D 'llv Teleraph described O'Neill In April as "the one politician willing to lead this province (Northern Ireland) of 1,500,000 people out of the d:irk s'ndows of religious strife into the bright new era of improved community rela tions." "He sought to do this with an enlightened policv of modera tion and conciliation, and a programme of social and political reform unprecedented in Ulster's turbulent 48-year history." Despite h 1 s resignation, O'Neill still remains a member of the Northern Ireland House of Commons. He h-'S served in the government of the province for over 20 years, with his first post being parliamentary secretary of the ministry of health. He h is also served as deputy speaker and a s chairman of wavs and means, miiiisler of Home Affairs, and minister of Finance. O'Neill's latest book, Ulster f Jih A 0 M'eet Admiiiion $1.50; Park Frt!
