Infamous Terry Carpenter of Scottsbluff h23 introduced more bills
than any other legislator; true to style, he has been an ambivalent
criticsupporter of young people.
Gov. Norbert Tiemann has proven to be a staunch
defender of the state educational system and Ne
braska's youth; the Republican has endorsed and
introduced legislation to improve the quality of state
educational institutions and to give youth a greater
role in the affairs of Nebraska.
