The change was part of a totally revised constitution passed by the hall recently, according to Alan Crews, last year's Cather president. Other changes provide for spring election of hall-wide officers, spring election of house presidents and social chairmen and a revision in the judiciary body of the Catlier government. The judiciary committee will be made up of five ran domly picked house vice presidents, with the hall vice president presiding, Crews said.
