Theatre Damaged
By Heavy Rains
Rain seems to be causing
some problems in the Temple
Building, but doesn't seem to
be hurting ticket sales for the
productions.
Rich Malsby, theatre pub
licity manager, said that
season ticket sales are eoinff
quite well, but that rain was
causing some problems.
Water leaked into the mike
board and now it cannot be
touched until it is completely
dry.
In the shop where flats are
being built for the University's
productions, a skylight caved
in. Water leaked in around
the skylight and warped the
floor boards.
The skylight is now covered
with plastic and will be
boarded up to keep out
further moisture, he said.
