Cornhuskers Debut Tomorrow;
Devaney Uses Experienced Unit

in Memorial Stadium tomor
row at 2 p.m., putting an ex
perienced Cornhusker squad
on the field against South Da
kota. Only one sophomore, Doug
Tucker, is on tne top two
units with the first team com
prised solely of lettermen.
The starting team has . a

averages 192 poinds.
Dwain Carlson, senior co
captain, who has been run
ning on the first unit at left
guard, has injured his toe but
