Since then, what had begun as an amino acid research for 12 hesitant students, has turned into an hilarious se ries of expense paid meals, j Atmosphere, in this case Valentine decor and constant verbal free-for-alls, may be the key to making monoton ous meals pleasant, believes Dr. Hazel Fox, associate pro fessor of home economics in charge of the experiment. Party Atmosphere , "The food wouldn't be near ly so easy to eat if it weren't for the party we have at each meal' commented Judy Smith, a junior majoring in English. 'It's fun, fun, fun," quipped Nina Herndon, a senior In chemistry and foods and nu trition. The diet, which seeks to de termine body requirements for certain amino a c i d s, the vital components of protein includes such things as: Breakfast: a pint of amino acids, a beaker of corn meal, four mineral wafers, apple auce, butter, jelly, sugar and coffee; Lunch t a pint of amino acids, a beaker of corn meal, wwwm fmAffmf irmm mhf B-r-n n , .u.j,i . ,j i,,. ihuhll. nj ,imj) up MMMMMMMWWM,.m.-,.
