Purcell, one of t h e leading pitchers on last year's squad with a 3.27 earned run aver- age, raueq to make the grade scholastically. Billiards Entry Deadline Set for Friday The deadline for entries in the campus billiards tourna ment to be held in the Stu dent Union is 5 p.m. Friday, according to Ron Gould, Un ion games chairman. ' The entry fee of 50 cents may be' paid at the games desk in the basement of the Union, Gould said. y ; Each- house may enter as many participants as desired.
