Aside from the constitu tional pur post to "pro mote scholar ship leader ship and serv ice, the Black Masque chap ter members Copeland have no restrictions concern ing what they should and should not do, said Nancy Copeland, president of Mor- j tar Board. I As a result of evaluation, I several changes were made I this year. The Mortar Boards also evaluated each activity thev had worked in and determined: whether their group was best suited to perform that job, Miss Copeland said. Miss Sandritter favors ex pansion of Spring Day to be more like Iowa States Veisha Days. She thinks the Council floor is the best place to bring new ideas and revisions needed for Teachers College. Bonnie Spiegal, sophomore, is treasurer and rush chair man of Sigma Delta Tau, Panhellenic representative and a Coed Counselor. Cumulative average 5.7. A better understanding of the help the administration is trying to give the students is what Miss Spiegal advocates.
