Nebraska's Huskers, led by
the scoring antics of Herschel
Turner and Albert Maxey
hardly worked up a sweat as
they raced past Missouri
85-44.
Turner hit 16 points to lead
the Huskers, while Maxey
came through with 14. Hefsch
also grabbed 13 rebounds.

The contest was never ir
doubt after Nebraska ran up
a 24-3 lead with 8:37 gone in
the first half. The Bearcats
had held the lead briefly in
the opening minutes by a 2-1
count. However, the Huskers
paced by Turner and Wayne
Hester, hit six shots from
the field that sent the Missour
ians reeling.
