Quoth Bush, "That's the only thing I am sure of. Chamberlain will not score 46 points against us here." Nebraska was unusually cold at Lawrence scoring only 15 goals out of 68 attempts. The Huskers fig ure to be a lot toughter on the borne maples. Table tennis (affectionately known as ping-pong in the lower circles) is still continuing . . . Golf Capers Golf is also continuing, a bit slowly I We're still putting and driving our little balls on green and gray rugs. Today, however, we were faced with a challenge! The fake greens were mutilated with "obstacles" Not looking closely, we only saw big humps and bumps under the rugs, (actu ally the obstacles were scratchy old mats we peeked) But, best of all, we did Exer cises! I can't move. We were Just getting limbered up to really hit those balls. (I could hardly lift the club afterwards) Special Notice One small note: if any organized house has never won an intra mural contest (or even one little game) and then finally comes through (with flying colors), please let me know. It seems to me that they deserve some kind of spec ial recognition. And so, at this time, I would like to "recognize" the Pi Phis (for the first time), because they actually won a bas ketball game (for the first time). This is the first time (in at least 10 years) that the non-athletic Pi Phis have ever won any game of any kind so congratulations! densteiner, John Holeman, and Ron Renter posted their best time of the season against Kansas.
