Tutoring
Omicron Nu, home economics
honorary, will offer a tutoring pro
gram for women desiring help
with home ec courses.
Tutoring will also be available in
chemistry, physiology, economics
and English. The tutoring service is
sponsored without charge to all
home ec students. Additional in
formation can be obtained from
articles on the home ec bulletin
board or by calling Ruth Vollmer,

Dance
The University Square Dance
Club and Ag Union Dance Com
mittee invite all students to at
tend the "Do-Se-Do" square dance
Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m.
Music will be furnished by the
Rochenbock Orchestra with Dr.
Elverne Conard calling the dances.
Admission is free and students
may attend singly or in couples.

A tournament darwie for high
school and college students will
be held Friday, from 9 to 12 p.m.
in th Union Ballroom.

Johnny Cox orchestra. Admission is
50 cents per person.
Shuffle
Th Shamrock Shuffle dance is
scheduled for Saturday from 9 to
12 p.m. in the Union Ballroom.
Jimmy Phillips' orchestra will

WAA Rules
On Election
Expanded
Officers of Women's Athletic As
sociation will be elected by the
general body of women students
in the spring elections, according
to Sarol Wiltse, WAA publicity
chairman.
In previous years only those
members who have earned eight
points in intramural play have
been eligible to vote. The WAA
board feels that the change will
be a definite improvement since
in the past many women students
who have participated in the var
ious tournaments have been unable
to vote for the officers, Miss
Wiltse said.
A WAA traveling trophy has
also been added this year. The
factors which will determine the
winner will be the total member
ship of the house; the number of
members who participate in WAA;
the number of defaults, and the
number of members in Orchesis,
Aquaquettes, and freshman work
ers. Tournament winnings will not
not be taken into consideration.
