graduate students with last names
beginning with letters A to G, Mon
day, Jan. 30: H to N. Tuesday.
Jan. 31, and O to 2, Wednesday,
Feb. 1.
Students who cannot cav their
fees on the assigned day may cith
er claim their registration and
pay their fees with a late fee of
$3.00 on Monday, Feb. 6 or arrange
with a friend, to whom they have
given a check for the amount of
the fees and a set of filled -out per
sonal data cards to claim their
registration for them and pay fees
on the correct day. All payment of
fees will be at the drill floor of
the Military and Naval Science
Building.
Each student should bring a pen
cil when he comes to register.
The Assignment Committee will
not have any this time. Each stu
dent should bring his copy of the
schedule, as only one copy per
student was allowed when the
schedules were printed.
Students not completing registra
tion on Jan. 16-13, can do so with
the new students and graduate
students on February 3.
Students in the Graduate Col
lege, and those working for an
advanced professional degree in
teachers College, will register
from Feb. 4 to 18. Late fees for
these students begins on Feb. 13.

Tryouts For Men's
Glee Club Open
Men students interested in try
ing out for membership in the
Men's Glee Club during the second
semester should contact Dale Ganz,
assistant professor, of voice and di
rector of the Glee Club.
Ganz, whose office is Room 14
Music Building, said the deadline
for the tryouts is Jan. 14. Mem
bers of the Glee Club must not be
music majors, he said.
The group consists of 54 members.

Lauds Three
For Judging
The University crops judging
team was honored by the Nebras
ka Crop Improvement Association
Dec. 14 for its 1955 intercollegiate
judging record.
Team members honored were
Marx Peterson, Boyd Stuhr, and
Wilfred Schutz. Howard Pool, presi
dent, presided at the affair.
The Cornhusker team placed
third in the International Collegiate
Crops Judging Contest in Chicago,
and in the Kansas City competi
tion they were fifth.

Thirty-Five Men
Sixteen University sophomores
and 19 junior men were honored
for outstanding scholastic achieve
ments by Gamma Sigma Deltar,
honor society of agriculture.
Dean W. V. Lambert of the Col
lege of Agriculture is national pres
ident of the society.
