COMPENSATION
Compensation will be commensurate with
the individual's ability And eKperience.
Compensation growth will be on the same
basis as the full-time members of the en
gineering staff. In addition, the candidate
will be eligible for aD other 'benefits ac
cruing to full-time employees.
TUITION
Tuition covering the required number of
units necessary to obtain an advanced de
gree will be paid by McDonnell Aircraft
Corporation.

Washington University.
