This year the students of good old Nebraska U. will choose the best dressed fella and
gal on the campus!
There will be 12 popular students and one dean as judges. It's all in fun, just to see who
really knows how to wear colleges clothes best.
The-contest is sponsored by
HARVEY BROTHERS
The 1953 BDOC winners will receive $100 each in apparel. For the co-ed A fine coat
and sport outfit.
For the fella A suit, topcoat, hat and shoes.
Enter early and get the jump on the other s tudents.
Rules for the contest:
Nomination blanks may be obtained at
Harvey Bros. 1131 O St. Contest man
agers are Doran Jacobs and Stan Sipple.
Candidates will be required to get twenty
signatures not -appearing on any other
nomination blank.
Nomination blanks must be mailed or de
livered to Harvey Brothers or the Daily
Nebraskan not later than 5:30, Oct. 28.
A committee consisting of Dean Frank
Hallgren, Jim Cederdahl, Art Raun, Mar
shall Kushner, Rocky Yapp, Jay Benedict,
Sue Brownlee, Susie Rheinhart, Shirley
Hamilton, Naomi George, Barbara Adams
and Barbara Bell will select the B.D.O.C.
winners from the entries submitted.
The nominees selected for the BDOC title
will be announced in an article in the Ne
braskan Nov. 10.
Harvey Brothers will present the B.O.D.C.
title winner with $100 each in apparel.
