RC To Name New Chairman For First Aid A new chairman for the Red Cross stadium project .will be named today at a meeting of Red Cross workers in the Union at 3 p.m. First-aiders, qualified by par ticipation in a regulation first-aid course, have been chosen to help with the project which offers as sistance to injured or ill Nebraska football fans.
