Students wishing to express their views may appear before the Council at 4 p.m. in room 315. Union. Sections III and IV of the Con stitution are printed below, and the remainder of the plan will appear in Thursday's edition of the Daily Nebraskan. Students are reminded that this draft the Constitution is still in the state of being changed and revised. ARTICLE III PRE-TRIAL PRO CEDURE SEC. 1 Reporting violations. Complaints of violations coming under Article 1 Section 1 may be MmrM tn the University Admis- istration or the President of the Court by any faculty member, student, student organization or a person not connected with the University. However, judges of the Student Court in no case them selves make complaints. SEC. 2 Investigating complaint: notifying parties of the trial. On being informed of the com plaints, the President of the Court determines what investigation is necessary. He may have one or more members of the Fart-Finding committee look into the mat ter. Members of the Fact-Finding Committee report their findings to the President o fthe Court. If the President of the Court de termines that it is unnecessary to have a trial regarding a particular reported violation, he neverthe less informs the Court at its next session that the violation was re ported to him and tells his reasons for not bringing the case to trial. If a majority of the Court disa grees With the President and de cides that the trial should be held, the particular case is called before the Court at its next session. ARTICLE IV Sessions SEC. 1 Time and plare of trials. Sessions of the Student Court arc held at a place, day and hour set in the by-laws of the Student Court.
