Two Nebraska Alums Are Granted Fellowships Dr. John Herman, alumnus of the University of Nebraska, 1900, received a fellowship for "Out standing Contributions to New Methods in Chemistry" from the Southern California Academy of Sciences. The Academy has granted only 85 fellowships in 55 years. Dr. Dwight Tierce, University of Nebraska graduate, 1904, also fellowship for "Out standing Contributions to tomology."
