Historical Society Grabs
Ag College, Rodeo Aiena
Ag students probably will not
have a rodeo this year after all.
While digging for post holes on
the rodeo plot near the Beef Barn
this week, John Vonson and Curt
Frankis unevathed some fossils. A
representative of the State His
torical Society who happened by
at just that moment immediately
recognized them as the rare Bonus
a la Beefus. Quick action fol
lowed and the State Historical So
ciety received Governor Pal Vet
erdaughter's permission to annex
all Ag campus to get fossils rights
on the place.
DEAN U. V. Bertlam, dean of
Ag college, is protesting the ac
tion. "I don't care so much about
the rest of Ag campus, the plot
the Farmers Fair Board was al
loted must be returned. We muit
have a rodeo!" was his remark on
6Love Is Unsafe'
Fire Marshall
In a long-awaited statement, the
state fire-marshall today con
demned Love Memorial library as
unsafe. Said the marshall, "Why
I wouldn't send my worst enemy
into the place. It's a firetrap."
Replying to the accusation, li
brary head Bennett Creeps admit
ted, "It's true. It's a hole and
there's nothing we can do about
it. We're chucking all our books
down the sewer and are having
a dynamite party tonight."

lieved most Motor Boats will stress
the following qualifications:
1. An 80.001 avereage and ac
cess to a good set of files. (There
isn't time for studying when
you're a Motor Boat.)
2. A major in elementary edu
cation. (See above explanation.)
3. The ability to seem lukewarm
to campus politics, when actually
seeing all, hearing all and kow
