With Harvard Glee Clnb, Choir

lected (or the Harvard Glee club
and for the 30-voice choir of Har
vard Memorial church.
He was selected following a
Scries of competitive trials held
f.t Harvard university recently.
A graduate student in English,
Warren is one of the Approxi
mately 75 Irom the glee club's
total membership of 250, who will
sing with the Princeton and Yale
Glee clubs in joint concerts on the
eve of Harvard's football contests
with the respective colleges.
In the spring the entire glee club,
joined by the Radcliffe Choral
society, will perform Bach's B
Minor Mass and Beethoven's
Choral Symphony with the Boston
Symphony orchestra under Dr.
Serge Koussevitzky. This program
will be given at the conclusion of
his 25-vear tenure with the sym
phony. A selected list from the
Radcliffe and Harvard groups will
also give two performances of
Handel's Messiah.
At the University of Nebraska,
where he was graduated with dis
tinction in June of last year, he
was secretary of Bhi Mu Alpha,
musical fraternity, and special fea
tures editor and reviewer for the
Daily Ncbraskan. He studied oicc
with Arthur E. West brook.

Nebraska counties, according to
Acting Extension Director II. G.
Gould of the University of Ne
braska. The vacancies exist in Boone,
Cass, Custer, Furnas, Otoe and
Platte counties. County agricul
tural agents, Gould said, are
needed in Red Willow county and
in the Thedford district compris
ing the counties of Grant, Hooker,
Thomas and Blaine.
