Missouri Opens Loop Play.

Both Colorado and Oklahoma
will tests non-conference foes this
weekend. The Sooners will meet
Texas Christian, a 14-13 winner
over Kansas U, at the TCU home '
field. Last week the Oklahoma

dict over Kansas State.

First Round
Intramural Golfers ended first
round play at Pioneer Golf course
Sunday. The top eight teams will
compete again next Sunday for
the championship and Jack Best
points.
Leading at the halfway point
for team honors were the ATO's
with a score of 348. The ATO's
foursome was composed of Al
Blessing, Doug Dale, Lee Moore,
and Jim Harkrader. Trailing the
ATO's were Phi Delt's 350; DU's,
359; Beta Theta Pi, 363; Sigma
Phi, 364; Phi Psi, 365; Theta Xi,
371; Delts, 393. These team scores
will be added to the totals of next
Sunday's play to determine the
team championship.
The individual standout of Sun
day's play was Joe Gifford of
SAE, with a score of 76. Jerry
Bech of Theta Xi was next with
an 82, with Art Parchin of TKE
third with 83.
Pi Tau Sigma will meet Tues
day, Oct. 19, at 7 p. m. in Room
206 Richards lab.

Non-fraternity teams must pay
a fee of 53.00 when they file their
entry. This fee will be refunded
in full if no matches are for
feited. This is simply a guarantee
to the i'lleys that teams will ap
pear on schedule.
Team trophies will be awarded
i to the fraternity and interdenomi
national champions. Official in
tramural medals will be given to
members of the all-independent
title team.
Schedules will be drafted, post
ed, and mailed on October 22. Play
