Sends Staffmen
To ASME Meet

rickson represented the Nebraska
Blue Print, official engineering
college publication, at the annual
convention of the Engineering
College Magazines Associated at
Ann Arbor, Michigan, October
17-18.
The annual convention was at
tended by delegates from 24 en
gineering magazines throughout
the country. Host was the tuff
of the Michigan Technic. Prof.
J. A. Henry, advisor for the Illi
nois Technograph, was elected
president of the association for a
two year term.
The convention featured ad
dresses by authorities in the engi
neering magazine field and of
fered opportunity for interchange
of ideas between various maga
zines, discussion of varied edi
torial and business problems.
ECMA was formed to aid in
the efficient publication of its
member magazines through the
medium of monthly editorial
comments and critical analyses. It
tims to maintain a high standard
of excellence as a requirement
for membership.

GAMMA DELTA.
The regular Thursday night
meeting of Gamma Delta will be
superseeded this week by a "jeans
and plaid shirt' party to be held
by Lutheran students and friends
at Pioneer's Park Friday evening
at 6:30 p.m.
"Surprise entertainment" has
been promised by Rupert Donklau,
Gamma Delta scoial chairman.
Following this event, a wciner
roast will be held.
Students are asked to meet at
the Union at 6:30 Friday, from
where they will proceed to the
