Hascall of Omaha, has been presented to the University Foundation by the Nebraska Pet roleum Industries' Committee. Mr. Hascall. prominent alumnus of the university, was a member of the Board of Regents for many years. The painting will be known as the Vincent C. Hascall Memor ial and k to be hung with the university's permanent collection. Perry W. Branch, University Foundation secretary, said the or iginal painting must be by a Ne braskan and about a Nebraska subject It will be selected from art works entered in the eleventh annual All-Nebraska Exhibition, which is to be held on the cam pus Oct. 26-Nov. 9, under the Joint sponsorship of the university art galleries and the Lincoln Artists' Guild. The painting will be selected by a jury composed of John F. Helm, Jr., director of the Kansas State Federation of Art at Manhattan, Kas.; Prof. F.
