Beta Gamma Sigma Elects 13 Members Beta Gamma Sigma, scholastic honorary fraternity in the field of business administration, yesterday announced the election of 13 graduating seniors to membership in the honorary for the year 1946 47. I'rof. Carl F. Nelson, secretary of the group, slated that Beta Gamma Sigma "is the only scho lastic honorary recognizing merit orious work in this field." Organ ized originally as an honor so ciety for men in schools of com merce, the fraternity admitted women to membership in 1922. This year, seven women and six men were chosen. Students ranking in the upper 10 percent are eligible, but this year's members represent the upper 8 percent. No initiation date has been set as yet. Establishment Of Fellowship Fund Reported Establishment of the "Addison E. Sheldon Nebraska History Fel lowship Fund" with the univer sity foundation was announced Tuesday by Perry W. Branch, foundation director. The fund of $1,100 was estab lished in memory of the late Mr. Sheldon, secretary of the Nebras ka State Historical Society for many years, by his daughter, Miss Sheldon of Washington, D. C. It will provide an annual $100 fellowship to graduate students in the university interested io Ne-bra.-ka history. Recipients will be selected by the chairman of the university's history depart ment and a representative of the State Historical Society. Betty Weible, new president of the organization, prefaced the presentation with a resume of the history of Adelphi. The pin pledge was administered by Alley Olscn. Marion Collins, newly-elected vice president and social chair man, directed the installation of officers for the forthcoming year, which include Jeanette Sielaff, secretary; Mildred Nutzman, treas urer; Ann Kuncl, historian; Mary Lou Carson, publicity chairman; and Marjorie Baumann, activities chairman.
