Fiii Darrell Scharmann and Gamma Phi Marjory Ross joui neved to the Fiji Island party Saturday night. Saturday night also saw the Town club under water party with Sue Pope and Bill Fitch. Phi Chi from Omaha, eniovine it immensely. Former President Dorothy Olson was there with Lt. Max Hymas, who was a cadet on the campus last year. Helen West, Alpha Xi, cele brated at the Alpha Xi formal Saturday night with fiance Har old Boone. Helen Ullom and Mary Armour dug out their glad rags for the benefit of AST Blair Kitch and Lt. Frank Johnston. You really have to like picnics to go on one in the rain. Just ask some of the Zips and their dates who picnicked Friday night re gardless of the weather. Tip to Dandelion Pickers. Juanita 'Bart" Eaitos, Alpha Chi, has the system when it comes to carrying those baskets of dandelions. She hoists the bo-.icet to the top of her head and she's off to the scales to have it weighed. The Alpha Xi's have a pin-up girl in their midst. Shirley Ewing has been chosen Pin-up Girl of the Marine hospital at Beaumont, Calif. She was chosen from a snapshot in a recent contest.
