Churches Plan Outdoor Work For Weekend Plans for work outdoors and hikes are being made by some of the campus churches for the week-end, while others will listen to speakers discuss topics of the day. Presbyterian students will work for their supper on Saturday aft ernoon. At o p. m., students will lay a stone path to the little chapel, put up a fence and build a fireplace with a picnic supper afterwards. Sunday afternoon at the Pres byterian student house, Rabbi Marx will lead the Fireside Forum by discussing "Jewish Holidays and Why They . Keep Them," at 5:30 p. m. Delphine Ayers will lead the devotions and a buffet supper will be served at 6:30. Prof. Colbert Speaks. Prof. J. P. Colbert, chairman of the faculty committee on rehabili tation of veterans, will speak to Baptist students on "Civilian Re ception of Returning Servicemen," Sunday night. There will be a lunch served at 6:30 p. m. at the First Baptist church preceding Prof. Colbert's talk. Worship leader will be Edward Hibbard with Esther Snell presiding. A bird hike will entertain Methodist students on Saturday morning at 6:45 a. m. J. Thompson. The letter stated that Long's eating place was the only one not acceptable under sanitation regulations. Campus Police Force. A report was also submitted at the meeting to the effect that it is impossible under present con ditions to obtain more campus policemen. In order to get addi tional street lights, a petition must be circulated, according to Ro berta Collins, council member. It was also emphasized that students if molested, are to call the Lin coln city police force and not Dean Boyles. Upon the suggestion of council member Mary Jo Gish, a com mittee has been selected to de termine campus feeling in regard to a dandelion clean-up campaign in the organized houses. The sug gestion was made because of the inability to hue men to do the work.
