Lewandowski, Pfeiff Apply For Spots In United States Service Nebraska's war-shredded coach ing staff, stripped of "Biff" Jones, Harold Browne and Harold Petz by the army last year, may lose its Glenn Presnell, athletic director and head football coach, to the U. S. navy. Coach Presnell completed and passed his physical examination to the navy and his papers have been forwarded to Washington, the Omaha navy recruiting office an nounced late Wednesday after noon. Presnell, in the event that he is accepted, will be commissioned and probably assigned to the new physical education training setup involving college reserves. Lewandowski, Too.
