ber of genius' is strictly limited,
but there is always some who
raise themselves above their fel
low men. Of all the thousands of
men who have picked up a violin
or sat down at a piano, the name
of only a few live longer than a
year or two.
Tho the chances may be only
one in a million it is conceivable
that another Bach or Paganini
or Flagstad may now be attend
ing the university or will at-
tend it.
One might ask himself what
kind of a reception such a per-
son would receive. Would his tal-
