Alpha Phi Pat Prime chooses a suit of surf green and decoratca the lapel with a London lampost pin. Sunimer earth and paddle leather are the colors of her ac cessories. Pi Phi Margaret Owens prefers a not -too-mannish suit of the ever-popular plaid in pale blue and brown. A classic coat of lime stone camel's hair completes the ensemble. Herringbone tweed is always good, and when worn by Alpha Xi Delta Thelma McGraw is appears in an aqua three-piece suit. Alpha Chi Omega Beth Schroeder favors light blue wool for her suit with the new long jacket. Pink birds decorate the pockets. Vivacious Marg Owen, Pi Beta Phi's entrant in the coed BDOC contest, wears a three piece suit which falls i to that great medium "casual" class that most new spring things fall into. Marg's outfit, from Gold's, is a jacket suit with a skirt of grey and a jacket of pink, grey, and blue plaid, topped with a matching three-quarter length cape. Her hat, also very much along the casual line, is light blue felt. The ensemble is completed with copper snub-nosed pumps and purse. and natural pigskin gloves. Deadline in piny writing contest is set for June 1 Any aspiring .playwrights on this campus? If so they may en ter the Charles H. Sergei one-act play contest, sponsored by the University of Chicago, and be elig ible for a SotW prize. Armand Hunter, director of the University theater, is in charge of the contest on this campus and all plays should be turned in to him before June 1.
