The intramural tennis cham
pionship will soon rest in the
hands of either Beta Theta Pi or
Delta Tau Delta. Beta Theta Pi
fought past Phi Gamma Delta to
win a place in the finals while the
Delts have been in the favored
spot for nearly a week.
Battling for the consolation
championship will be Phi Gamma
Delta and Delta Upsilon as a re
sult of their place in the semi-finals.
In the golf tourney the . upper
bracket is in the quarterfinals
while the lower one is in the fi
nals. To- determine who is to play
Sigma Alpha Epsilon, finalists in
the lower group, Thi Gamma Delta
must meet Beta Theta Pi with
Phi Delta Theta playing Sigma
Nu. The winners of each of these
matches will meet to see who will
go against the Sig Alphs.
Goodyear representative
will interview seniors
Mr. T. W. Prior, of Akron, Ohio,
will be on the campus Thursday
afternoon and Friday to interview
all seniors who are interested in
accounting, merchandising, sales,
and credit work.
Mr. Prior, representing the
Goodyear Tire and Rubber com
pany, has visited Nebraska many
times, according to placement bu
reau assistant, Pittenger, who
made the announcement.

Belle Raymond. He also gave
$25,000 to the university for con
struction of a women's residence
hall on ag campus.
