SUNDAY afternoon Beulah
Thomas of Mission, Tex., and Rex
Ashton of Lincoln were married
at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph
McCreath in Lincoln. The couple
will live in Lincoln.
ANNOUNCED Sunday was the
engagement of Evelyn Perry of
Lincoln and Duane K. Peterson of
Wausa. Both have attended the
University of Nebraska. The date
has not been set for the wedding.
PUN OF the week honors go to
Don Jensen of Alpha Tau Omega,
who naively remarked in the midst
of an Ethiopian discussion that he
was an A-T-opian too!

seen the big mystery for prac
tically half a year until she found
herself in his Philosophy class. We
predict the outcome, after four and
a half months of ethical arguing,
the two will come to blows and
another beautiful romance will
end. Oh well, ashes to ashes and
so forth. Inane, but a poetic finish.
SATURDAY in Herndon, Kas.,
Rosa Drath, Gamma Phi Beta, and
Richard Mayborn, Delta Chi, were
married. The couple will live In
Clinton, .la.
also married on Saturday were
Marion Rose and John J. Cunning
ham. Miss Rose has attended the
University of Nebraska and is a
member of PI Beta Phi. Mr. Cun
ningham graduated from Georgia
Tech and is affiliated with Sigma
Nu.
ANOTHER Saturday wedding
was that of Margaret Brown and
Edward G. Stenger, both former
university students. Mr. Stenger
was a member of Kappa Psi and
a graduate of the university
pharmacy college. .
WE'VE HEARD something
about the strolls certain members
of the Pi Phi chapter are supposed
to take, but never before, that we
know of, have the gals gone
through' that age honored custom
oi Walking home. However, there's
a first time for everything, and
when the Chi Phi Cadillac stalled
with a flat tire in the middle of
the intersection at 16th and O. Pi
Phi's Kllbourne, Scott and Stone
began the long trek back to the
fold, on foot.
