CATURDAY the students of Ne braska play host to their Dads who will visit the university for the annual Dad's day festivities. A complete program of events has been planned, beginning today and tonight with p re-game rallies, cli maxed with the Dad's day lunch eon tomorrow noon and topped off with the prime gridiron spectacle of the season in Memorial stadium in the afternoon. The occasion furnishes students an opportunity to show off the uni versity to their fathers. It fur nishes the fathers a chance to in spect the institution to which they have often at genuine personal sacrifice sent their sons and daughters to be educated. But the day is more. There is no sentiment sweeter than that connected with mother, and that gets its proper attention. But be tween father and son and daugh ter, too there exists a filio-paternal bond just as real and worthy of appropriate observance. To this often neglected observance Satur day is dedicated. The Daily Nebraskan joins the university and the student body in welcoming Nebraska Dads to the campus. 2 2 BIG DANCES TONIGHT ARMISTICE DANCE SATURDAY NIGHT RALLY DANCE SILVER BALLROOM HOTEL UNDELL FEATURING LUDLAM AND HIS MUSIC Dancing every Wed., Fii. and Sat.
