sold commercially, consists of a j

hold several eggs. If the eggs are I
to be soft boiled a specified
amount of water is placed in the ;
compartment and the electric cur- !
rent turned on. The current pass- i
tag thru the water boils It, the
steam cooks the eggs and when j
the water is boiled sway the eggs
are soft boiled. I
If medium or hard boiled eggs 1
are desired more water is used.
The apparatus works well for soft ;
or medium boiled eggs but is not
so efficient for hard boiling eggs, 1
according to Mrs. Vivian Brash-;
ear, associate professor of house
hold equipment.
