The latest reports from Fashion
centers say, "Its color must be
Peach or Nude, preferably
PEACH. The Hosiery race for
the most fashionable Spring
Color is drawing near a close.
Although the outcome is still
a little uncertain, PEACH and
Nude are so far ahead that it
would be rather hard for any
of the other contestants to
pass them" so say fashion re

Questions Ford'a Rights.
While he stated that Henry Ford
was a benefit to the American peo
ple by inventions and that he was
very friendly to labor, yet he asked
if it was right that Ford should make
$500,000 a day, while a million peo
ple in some foreign country have
to work , a day to make the same
amount.
He denounced the moneyed inter
ests in America at the present time
and said that their control over the
farmers and common people is more
evident here than in any other coun
try. Co-operation is the cure for this
evil. Co-operation of the farmers
in the marketing of their products is
perhaps the biggest need. Co-operation
in politics, in labor, and in de
manding enforcement of the laws
which do not permit graft in business
and cover criminals who have money
to defend themselves is needed.
