that the primaries are due July IS?
How many know you can vote, yes,
even here in Lincoln unless you make
the trip home to cast your ballot. Here
is the dope.
First, us a resident of the capitol
city, go to the city hall and register.
You are a resident of Lincoln if ycu
are making this your home while you
are in school.
This registration proclaims you as
one member of the party with which
you affiliate, republican, democrat, so
cialist, progressive, prohibitionist, or
anything else. The registration must
take place at least ten days before
July 18. That is after July 8 you can
not register.
Kvory American citizen of proper
age and mentality should vote. Other-
l-wlse, if congress or the legislature or
the governor or some other official
dissatisfies you its about up to you lo

they, have, failed to perform your duty
as an American citizen.

"EVERYTHING COLD"
Following a double program of base
ball last Thursday the baseball class
vtill letains the lead in the Twilight
league nice. The baseball men won
their second victory in the league race
from the football track team by the
score of ! to S. The game was
marked by heavy hitting. The laurels
of the baseball class were near to
toppling in the fifth inning when the
iVi.thall track men staged a rally
wh'ch netted four runs and came
within a point of tieins the score.
Failure of Wiese. batting tor Brown,
to collide with the sphere brought the
game to an end with two football
track men on bases. '
In the other game of the Thursday
pri giam. a fine exhibition of ball was
had. Lofty Williams, pitching for the
Summer Nebraskan, allowed nary a hit
and the basketball men secured their
only run through an error. In the
course of the five inning battle "Lefty
struck out seven men. He was given
good support throughout the contest,
the newspaper team showing a much
improved form over the first game of
the week before.' "Bin" Shainholtz
j of the Nebraskan did good work be
hind the bat and in the fifth inning
clouted a fast one into left field which
was good for a home run, scoring Lee.
