Taylor, professor in the Teachers College, la a candidate for State Superintendent of Public In struction. He has had direct charge of student high school teachers in training in the Teachers College for tho past ten years. Almost fifteen hundred high school teachers have passed through his hands In these ten years. Contracts were signied by twelve teachers last Tuesday. Seven hundred dollars would have been tho Income for that one day if the Bureau was being conducted on a commer cial basis. Superintendents have been here in large numbers during the past week, They come in from all parts of Ne braska as well as other states. Some of the Superintendents supplied with teachers were: Superintendent Linn, of Laurel, Neb.; J. A. True of Mc- Cook, and Superintendent Morton.
