were very interesting. Most of the
schools give an annual military ball,

schools have some very striking uni
forms. At nearly all of the schools the
Cadet Officers are paid by the Univer
sity.
Many of the delegates at the con
vention were men who had attended
the summer camp at Fort Snelling.
