Received at Geneva Last Summer
"The Value of Bible Study" was the
subject of Vesper Services Tuesday
evening. Gertrude Tomson, who lead
the meeting, explained the new courses
which are to be held here and told
it inspiration received at Lake Geneva
while attending similar classes.

W. C. A. made a plea for Bible study
and showed vividly what the world
would be without Christianity.

feated the Syracuse eleven Saturlay by
a. 35 to 0 count and from the past ex
perience Nebraskans show that Syra
cuse does not have a weak team
Conch Glen Warner of the Pittsburg
t-lan is touted as being one of Ameri
ca's foremost coaches and Nebraskans
will have some idea as to how the
Huskers rate with the headliners of
the east in the football world when
the result of the Husker-Panther battle
has been decided.
The Pittsburg trip will be similar to
the Notre Dame trip with the squad
leaving one day earlier. The Huskers
are scheduled to leave Wednesday af
ternoon o the Burlington and Coach
Dawson will probably give the men
stiff workout on Stagg field in Chicago
Thursday morning. Leaving Chicago
Thursday afternoon the team will ar
rive in Pittsburg Friday morning and
take the final practice there before the
game.
