iness staff. The book la very well Il
lustrated with pictures and cuts and
th Interest of the reader Is held from
the opening of the book until the last
page la read and then one turns the
back cover over in search of more.
At tho beginning of each depart
ment a well made cut represents the
contents of that section. Take for
Instance the "student life" section
which lias lurking on every page some
of the leading lights of the campus.
The family skeleton stalks forth from
his abode and shaking the folds of
his flowing robe discloses much to the
content and maybe discontent of the
reader the true character of those
whom we regard as our idols and to
whose level we vainly attempt to
reach.
The organization section which has
caused more than one gray hair in
the editorial staff has been very nexr
completed. Pictures of the various
school and campus societies and
wrlteups of each one of these organ
izations compose this department.
The only department lacking mate
rial is the athletic section, but students
having snapshots of either the track
teams or the base-ball teams may help
to make this section one of the best in
the annual if. they will turn in any
pictures they have in to the editor.
The sooner these pictures are in the
quicker the printers will be able to
turn out the annual.

DELTA GAMMA OFFICER
SPEAKS TO PAN-HELLENIC
Mrs. H. H. Lambert of Iowa City,
province secretary of Delta Gamma,
spoke to the members of the Pan-Hellenic
Council at tho regular meeting
Wednesday afternoon. Mrs. Lambert
discussed matters of interest to all
sorority women.
Pan-Hellenic went on record as fa
voring the movement to abolish cheat
ing which was Inaugurated by Valky
rie. The members pledged them
selves to help raise the standards in
the university.
Exchanges of dinner guests by sor
orities for the remainder of the sem
ester was discontinued by a vote of
the group. Hecause of the largo num
ber of activities which come on Thurs
day, evening, guest night, it was con
sidered inadvisable to continue.
