Pi Kappa Phi.
pi Kappa Phi entertained fort
rouDles at Ellen Smith Hall Friday
evening. Refreshments consisted of
Iced cakes with the letters of the fra
trnity and Ice cream on which was
fed the chapter namo. Several
nut-of-town guests attended the party
The chaperons for the evening were
Prof, and Mrs. Barker, Mr. and Mrs

Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
Sigma Alpha Epsilon entertained
sixty couples at Rosewilde in honor
of the alumni. Purple and gold, col
ors and an Illuminated fraternity pin
were used in attractive dacorations
The chaperons were Mr. G. O. Fuchs,
Coach and Mrs. Paul Schissler Mrs
Perry of Omaha, A feature of the
evening was an old fashioned circle
two-step. Out-of-town guests were
Rawlson White, Hastings; Shelley
White, Hong Kong, China; Glen Hop
kins, William Lear, Guy Boat, Omaha;
Harold Wilder, Central City; Mr. and
Mrs. Marion Shaw, Osceola; Mr. and
Mrs. Wm. Clapp, Elmwood; Peter
Peterson, , Berkeley, Cal.; Ward Kel
ley, Ralph Rickley, Chas. Hutchin,
Allen Landers, Norfolk; Chester Grau,
Washington, Anne Peterson, Sewarci;

Sigma Phi Epsilon.
Sigma Phi Epsilon entertained on
hundred and fifty couples at an un
usually attractive spring party at
Knights of Columbus Hall Friday eve
ning. Elaborate decorations trans
formed the ballroom into a garden,
with a rose arbor at the entrance and
a lighted fountain In the center. Tha
lights were shaded In the fraternity
colors, purple and red. A canopy of
purple and red streamers hid the
ceiling. An illuminated fraternity
shield and a shield formed by red
roses on a bla.ck background, were
features of the decorations. Vari
colored lights were played on the
dancers from a searchlight at one end
of the room. The sweetheart song.
Sig Ep Girl, played by the orchestra
was a feature of the party. Refresh
ments were heart shaped Ice hream
and cake. Prof, and Mrs. N. .A. Bens
Bton, Prof, and Mrs. L. C. Wimberlr
and Dr. and Mrs. Clyde Nelson were
chaperons. The (following out-of-town
guests were present: Mr. and
Mrs. William Hussey, Randolph; Mr.
and Mrs. Walter Hager, Adams; Eld
ing Bennett, Howard Bennett, Don
Graham, Omaha; Addison Doling, To
peka, Kan.; Phil Costello, Exeter;
Randolph high school basketball
team.
Silver Lynx.
Silver Lynx entertained one nun
dred couples at Knights of Columbus
Hall. Spring flowers and the frater
nity colors, silver and rose, were used
as decorations. . Out-of-town guests
were Allen Ward, Arcadia; Fred
Creitz, Wausa; Delraar Eldrtdgo,
Omaha; William Beindorff, Omaha.
Chaperons for the evening were Prof,
and Mrs. Barbour, Mr. and Mrs.
James Tyler, Prof, and Mrs. Upson.
Mystic Fish.
Mystic Fish members entertained
th0 alumni at a dance at the Delta
Zeta house Saturday evening. Shaded
lights were used as decorations. Tho
chaperons for the evening were Deaa
and Mrs. Charles Fordyce, Mrs. Han
?on and Miss Edna Mathews. Ice

Hull Saturday evening. Decorations
were in green and white and the same
color scheme was carried out In the re
fi aliments of Ice cream and cake.

St Paul, Nebraska, wag the only out
