Alpha Phi was hostess at an attrac
tive tea given in honor of Miss Mar
garet Churchill, of New York, visit
ing delegate of the sorority, when
about one hundred guest were pros
ent. The decorations were silver
vases of scarlet roses, and tall scarlet
candles in silver candlesticks. In the
receiving line were Mrs. F. L. Payn
ter, Miss Churchill, Mrs. William
Westover, Miss Charlotte Hanna, and
Mrs. Carl Roman.
