R. 0. T. C. REGIMENT TO
BE ORGANIZED TONIGHT
All Men Taking Drill to Report
This Afternoon at 5 O'clock
at Headquarters
.Military courses started last even
ing when those men registered in ad
vanced courses in military science re
ported for drill. The regular work
in these courses was deferred until
organization of the companies was
completed.
All men taking drill must report this
evening at five o'clock. The organiza
tion or the unit will be completed as
far as possible tomorrow evening and
will be continued Friday. The men
should report.to military headquarters j
tn the armory where instructions will
probably be posted.
Captain Frankforter has been busy
the last two days cleaning up work left
over from last year and getting thing?
in readiness to start off the work of
the present semester in short order.
Officers Chosen Later
Announcement was made yesterday
that all officers and non-commissioned
officers would be chosen according to
merit. Captain Frankforter assisted
by the former commandant and Lieu
tenant Murphy will have direct con
trol of the organization of the regi
ment. Reports from yesterday's registra
tion showed between twenty-five and
fifty more students signed up for" drill
thus raising the total numbers of men
in the R. O. T. C. to nearly four hundred.
