there. The first word, in getting Latin
America to understand us is for us to
understand Latin America. The way

discover a feful service to be per
formed. To broaden and tignren oar rela
tions with L&t.'n America and to
counter all American propaganda, the
first and pretty nearly the last word
is to f T)4 out how useful we can be;

erve Latin-American Interests. The
