This will be an open meeting. Concert Postponed The string quartet concern scheduled for convocation, Thursday, has been postponed on account of the football rally. With the battle with Iowa only two days distant the majority of Nebras ka football fans are still without their season tickets. This fact may be at tributed to either of two causes. They do not realize the excellence of the gridiron bill to be offered on the Lin coln field this year or they do not know where tickets may be obtained. There is no excuse this year for any one who can possibly afford to buy a season ticket to do without. For three dollars one may see six j games with the fastest teams in the country on the home grounds. This amounts to only fifty cents a game, or one-third the amount that would be paid for a single admission to the Iowa game alone. The season ticket . includes reservations for games which on single admission tickets costs an extra fifty cents. Students will have a section of the south stands to themselves this year and every seat should be filled with rooters for the opening game. Tickets should be obtained today at the Stu dent Activities' office. Gallery for Soldiers The Art gallery has been set aside from 7 to 9: SO o'clock evenings for the soldiers. Q Supreme Gorsot Seruioo FOR GIRLS Appreciating the fact that there is nothing more important in dress than your corset certainly nothing that is worn so continuously and nothing upon which personal comfort or discomfort so largely depends, we Specialize on Corsetry for-Young Women y t There can be no more important branch of corsetry than this. As a college girl you are capable of realizing this is true-but stop moment and think of how many corset shops you know of who are trying to give really scientific service In this exacting brancn of corselry? We Have Two Experienced Corsetieres With the exception of the race for freshman class president, the political campaign will be a pitifully quiet af fair unless the urgent need for excep tionally good candidates is realized immediately. Wednesday evening only one candidate had filed for the sophomore and senior presidencies and none had listed themselves for the race in the junior class. At least two candidates should file for each of these offices, and those who have prospect in mind should see that their names are entered before Friday at 5 o'clock. There Is often the belief that the first woman who files for an office is the one who will be elected and. as a result, other good candidates never post their names. This year especial ly, this belief is unfounded.
