"We will have over 3,000 French surgical compress dressings by the end of the week, besides the comfort kits and muslin bandages," she added. "These probably will all be shipped to France at once," Mrs. Waugh said. The University Red Cross rooms are occupied every weefe night now. On Mondays and Wednesdays the faculty women's class meets, of Tuesdays and Fridays a class of women who work down town. The rooms will be closed during Thanksgiving week, but when the va cation is over, the work will begin again in earnest. Dr. Winifred Hyde, associate professor of psychology, Professor Margaret Hannah, of the department of botany, expect to begin helping Mrs. Waugh then.
