Joseph's college team of Dubuque, la, last Thursday night hy the score of 21 to 11. and on the following night gained a vistory over the St. Thomas col lege team of St. rauL Minn., by the score of 23 to S. The Nebraskans played a great de fensive game at Dubuque and the Iowans had a hard time scoring in the first half. Most of the scores of both teams came as the result of long dis tance shots. At SL Paul the Nebraskans again made a favorable impression with their close guarding and held the St. Thomas college quintet to a scant two field goals. While the collegians were making two field goals between them, the Ne braskans were each making two. Col lins again led in the scoring with two field goals and three free throws. The Cornhuskers did not get down to business until the last half was well under way, but when once started there was no stopping them until the game ended.
