UNION SOCIETY The Union literary society held a Hallowe'en party Friday night at Rran son's cottage, west of the penitentiary. The cottage proved too small to ac commodate the crowd and a large bon fire was kindled outside. Around this the Vnions celebrated in true Hal lowe'en fashion. A feast of weinies, buns, apples and marshmallows was followed by a program of weird ghost stories. This was the first of a series of such outings which the society has planned for the year. Sigma Alpha Epsilon entertained twenty-five couples at a house dance Saturday night. Mr. and Mrs. ltu renoe Farrell. and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Leadly chaperoned. E. D.
