visitor Wednesday.

ing of Ray Hennis.
Madeline Stivers, '14, spent the
week-end at her home in Lincoln.
Mrs. Vincent C. Hascall of Omaha,
visited at the Alpha Chi Omega house
Monday.
Marie Rowley, '18, Marie Petit, '18,
and Myrtle Beeler, '18, will spend the
week-end in Omaha.
Announcements have been received
of, the marriage of Jettie Taylor, '11,
to John Harvey Gray, October 1, in
'Manilla, Philippine Islands.
The marriage of Agusta Hauston,
'11, Kappa Alpha Tbeta, to Victor L
Jeep, '09, Sigma Alpha Bpsilon, took
place on September 28, at Tekamah.
Dr. George E. Condra has been out
of the city this week on land- studies
in Eastern Nebraska. He will also
visit his old home in Iowa before he
returns.

'17, and Mrs. R. Anderson were in the
city Saturday to attend the wedding
of Helen Price, '14, Pi Beta Phi. to
Clay Thomas, '14, Phi Gamma Delta.
Dean L. A. Sherman fractured the
little finger of his left hand a few
days ago. In saving himself from a
fall at his home just before leaving
for bis early morning classes, his hand
received the full force of his weight.
He made no mention of the matter to
anyone until his day's duties were at
an end, when he had the finger set
Ulan V. David, 09, was married to
Herbert T. Folsom at the bride's home
in Lincoln, Tuesday evening. Mr. Fol
som is a member of the Union Coal
Company. Mr. and Mrs. Folsom left
for an eastern coast trip and will
spend some time motoring in the P.erk
shire hills. They will return to Lin
coln in about a month and will be at
home to their friends after December
1 at 1645 G street.
Miss Sarah C. Joy and Rev. Oliver
H. Cleveland were married at 8 o'clock
Monday morning in Omaha. Bishop
Arthur Williams performed the cere

mony in the Episcopal chapel. Rev.
Mr. Cleveland has been vicar of St
John's Episcopal church for two years.
He is a son of the Rev. William J.
Cleveland, a missionary among the
Sioux Indians for thirty-five years, and
attended the University of Nebraska.
The bride was born at Peru, Neb., and
after being graduated at the Univer
sity of Nebraska in 1909, taught school.
She has been at Iconner. Wash., for
the past two years.
