Glenn Everts has been em ployed to take charge of the associa tion work during the summer. At New York, Secretary R. L. Ewing will be joined by H. L. Helnzeman. secretary' of the International Y. M. C. A. Committee for the Rocky Moun tain States; C. W. Whitehalr, secre tary at Cornell, and F. N. D. Buchan an, secretary at Pennsylvania State University. He will be back the mid dle of September. As yet he does not know whether he will be with the troops from India or with the British army proper.
