CONVOCATION THURSDAY
Professor Dann to Repeat Lecture of
Last Saturday Convocation to
Be Held in Art Hall.
In order to give a larger number
of students a chance to hear Profes
sor Dann's analysis of . the second
Beethoven Symphony, Professor Dann
has been asked to repeat his analysis
of last Saturday, which he presented
In the form of an informal talk in
terspersed with piano illustrations.
He has consented to do this at the
Thursday convocation hour. The sec
ond symphony is very beautiful and
well deserves an intimate study. The
four movements are strikingly differ
ent. The Larghetto will doubtless be
recognized by many, as it is cften
played as a separate number on ac
count of its unusual beauty.
Convocation will take place in Art
Hall instead of in the Armory.
